Innerhalb dieser Frist können sie den Betrag für eine spätere Buchung unseres Appartements innerhalb eines Jahres verwenden. Stornieren Sie innerhalb der letzten beiden Wochen vor dem Ankunftstermin oder ist die Jahresfrist abgelaufen, verfällt Ihre Anzahlung.Bei Nichtankunft werden 100% der Anzahlung in Rechnung gestellt, die Anzahlung wird somit nicht rückerstattet. Bei verkürztem Aufenthalt sind keine Abzüge möglich.

The balance is payable in cash (EUROS) upon arrival. Cancellation fees: Only written cancellations are acceptable.
In the event of cancellation of your reservation 14 days or more before arrival we will convert your deposit into a voucher. This voucher is valid for one year and can be used to book our flat at another time. If your cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival or the voucher is not used within one year there will be no refund of the deposit. In case of a no-show, 100% of the total deposit will be charged. Shortened stays cannot be refunded.
